Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, please let me know as soon as possible, so we can work something out. Items may be returned with in a reasonable amount of time. After item is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be issued, minus shipping and handling charges.
